Secretary

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field surveys to identify and correct issues as they arise
  • Communicate, monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors and consultants
  • Attend site meetings and take necessary follow-up actions
  • Develop and administer quality control provisions
  • Ensure all internal quality control checklists are filled in and report any non-conformance
  • Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
  • Monitor progress of works on site and report
  • Supervise and monitor all construction activities
  • Conduct internal and external inspections and maintain site diary daily
  • Monitor budgetary allowance with QS
  • Preparing labour allocation plans
  • Manage the snagging and defects rectification process
  • Participating in final inspections and project close out

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in management of construction & fit out projects
  • Fully conversant with MS Project software and Microsoft Office tools 

Other Requisites: 

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work odd hours
