Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys to identify and correct issues as they arise
- Communicate, monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors and consultants
- Attend site meetings and take necessary follow-up actions
- Develop and administer quality control provisions
- Ensure all internal quality control checklists are filled in and report any non-conformance
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
- Monitor progress of works on site and report
- Supervise and monitor all construction activities
- Conduct internal and external inspections and maintain site diary daily
- Monitor budgetary allowance with QS
- Preparing labour allocation plans
- Manage the snagging and defects rectification process
- Participating in final inspections and project close out
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in management of construction & fit out projects
- Fully conversant with MS Project software and Microsoft Office tools
Other Requisites:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work odd hours
